We purchased this car seat because of its known quality. So far it is great and I have to say i was worried about the material but my daughter loved it as soon as she sat in it. We even were thinking about taking it off and putting it in her crib so that she would sleep better.

- This is the best car seat I have ever used! Very easy to use, especially with the latch system eliminates using the seat belts. This seat has a protector around the bottom of the buckle to prevent burns if the buckle get too hot and fabric covers on the top of the straps to keep kids from getting rub marks on their neck.

He is a large boy, and I needed to upgrade him from his infant seat at a little over six months of age. He was much happier in his new car seat than his little infant seat. He is currently about 10 months old, is 31 inches tall and weighs about 23.5 lbs. While he is still content to look backwards, I'm sure he will be happier to face forward. The belts are easy to use and it fits just fine in my vehicle, which is an SUV. I have not had any problems with the diaper area being too tight as mentioned in several other reviews of the same product without the Nebraska logo. All in all a great seat!

Rating: 5 / 5 - As the wife of an Auburn grad, I've come to find that Auburn fans generally take their team spirit to the limit and my husband's need of an Auburn car seat for our son is a true example. The car seat is the same as any Britax Marathon in style and function (Amazingly great carseat by the way.)
The Navy blue cover has the Auburn "AU" symbol with the word "Tigers" underneath, both in Auburn orange. I, personally, would have liked an Aubie face on there to add some kid appeal but overall, very nice. All my husband's college friends have been very impressed with it.

Not from what I have read but she is not very well liked from the other articles that I have read. - did governor janet napalatano cut funding in arizona for child safety seats?
What is the government doing funding child safety seats? For $30, they'll last a million years. It's not exactly hard to get one. - did governor janet napalatano cut funding in arizona for child safety seats?
Nope. But she IS considering cutting Funding for the Republican Legislature!
- Travel systems, car seats, and baby strollers?
I absolutely love our Graco travel system! We used the car seat up until she was 7 1/2 months and have used the stroller since birth and use it a lot more often than I ever thought that we would!
- Travel systems, car seats, and baby strollers?
I used a travel system for both my kids and would recommend it. The seat is usually good up to 25lbs (which lasted to my kiddo's 1st bday). They all come with a base for your car which makes it easy to take out of the car and put in. They are nice because when the baby is still too small for the stroller, the car seat is made to snap on the top of the stoller facing backwards. I got my last travel system on sale for $100 at Target just because they were getting the next year models and this one was from the current year. So, shop around and you might get a good deal. You could easily spend $90 on a seat alone ! (also, if you have more than one car, or have grandparents that will be picking up the baby, you can purchase additional bases for other cars sometimes at the store where you bought the system or on line) Good luck!
