What is a good and safe stroller/car seat traveler system set out there?

I just did this research for my son. The #1 rated infant car seat is Graco Snug Ride. The whole travel system is very affordable, usually about $150-$200. They also have a large variety of colors and styles. For recalled car seats the best website I found was: http://www.carseat.org/Recalls/recall.shtml
For any recalled items use the Comsumer Product Safety Commission:

this is for car seats http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/recalls/childseat.cfm and this one has a couple car seats and stroller and cribs on it. http://www.parents.com/baby/

I have a Graco Travel System. The only thing I don’t like about it is the stroller is huge. When my baby is older, I’m definitely buying a smaller stroller.
