Correct Pounds to switch to forward facing Car Seat?
My daughter just turned 1 year old Saturday March 7th. and I wanted to know when should we change her to the forward facing car seat? She seems to BIG for her car seat already because her legs hang out and she's EXTREMELY HEAVY. Lol. The only thing is..she's not quite walking yet. She went to her check up today and she is 19 lbs 10 oz and 30 in. How many pounds she should be to switch? Thanks!
Maxi Cosi CabrioFix or the BebeConfort Creatis car seat?
I've been looking at both the car seats, and im confused as which to get, i can currently get the cabriofix for about £90 and the Creatis £105 so not a lot of difference in price.
I've bought a mamas and papas pramette in polka but decided the car seat is sitting up too straight and quite heavy, so im looking at these two now.
does anyone have them?
if so good and bad points, would you buy it again?

Why Britax Decathlon Car Seat – Cappuccino is much cheaper than other patterns? ?
I notice Britax Decathlon Car Seat - Cappuccino style is much cheaper than others, like Hungtinton, Onyx, Sahara and Tiffany.
In some webistes, Cappuccino is not even listed as Britax Decathlon Car Seat styles, only the other four.
Any particular reason that this pattern is cheaper?

Britax car seat question?
I have a Britax seat in my car for my 4.5 yr old nephew. One of the gray HUGS rubber strips actually tore from the everyday use.
When I called Britax to ask about the problem, she said to order new ones online--the straps themselves are not expensive, but shipping is $8.50! When I asked her how necessary these were to the function of the seat, she responded with, "well, they help pad your child in the event of a crash." At the same time, she said I could still continue to use the seat until new pads arrived, leading me to believe that they aren't important.
Has anyone not used theirs and had success? General opinions?

forward facing car seat, which maxi cosi?
ive decided in maxi cosi as i have the maxi cosi rear facing and i love it.
My question is in your experience/opinion which is best maxi cosi toby or maxi cosi priori?
Also what are the main differences between priori XP and priori SDS as there is a big difference in price?
